Tens or hundreds of millions of pounds have been lost from shareholders portfolio value from the transition to the new company
How is that even allowed? Anyone have a clue if anyone gets the money which is lost through the transition
looks like everyone has been shafted like i warned would happened

Not looking like a good day for markets today probably and oil but good luck anyway.
I will upset if this opens + 10% because I would have missed out
when it opens a further -5-10% down,
Biggest independent oil and gas company - yes - but you only 5% of it so ermmmmm.........
Harbour energy would need to reach a crazy MCAP of 20 billion, just for PMO shareholders to reach around £1 again.......
Harbour energy will have no debt already to start with? so How are we going to see huge gains in Harbours MCAP unless we see $100+ oil again soon
Cannot see tomorrow a positive day for PMO shareholders otherwise there would have been a rally here today
Could be a huge **** up tomorrow tbh, be warned
Iam the prophet of PMO share price afterall, what did i tell you -10% coming today
more like -10% kraken
No way will you get a huge rise in SP, with EXPECTED NEWS which has been around for months
If its suprise news then maybe
At best the price will be up a few %, more likely the price will be flat........................and at worst there will be a huge dump in shares
I'm lazy to do the research, will the company - Harbour Energy have no debt atoll then? Did Chyrsayor have no debt before the deal/ had enough credit in the bank to wipe out PMO's debt?
probably not but i know another good thing you can spend a 1k punt on haha
thats seems like a ridicolous and huge dilution
Also the new group will have an estimated 200k production?
PMO was nearing before the deal 85k- 100k bopd ? Why do share holders only get 5% and not 50% , thats a horrible horrible deal.........is it 5% because all of PMO debt is wiped out? Still a bad bad deal
red day coming
MCAP might be 6 billion in new company but PMO is only 5% so its just same same so what does it matter
Cannot ******* believe it , the crypto i was going to invest in is up 30%, (TheGraph) but i decided to re invest in PMO instead. Would have been up £600 pound today, but PMO will probably open -5% and i will be £100 down
Dammit, brent going to crash down
Refinery exploding is negative for oil price I would have though
Or it could be reverse psychology by MM's, trick normal investors into a sense of comfort , only for them to get slaughtered on first day opening of new company lol
