Perhaps he is indirectly trying to put pressure on the Rom. Gov. by saying after each meeting with them "great, so early July, I will pass on the news to the shareholders of Vast who employ some of your people and hire some banged out equipment from one of your mates". If that is the case, it is not really working. Who knows, we wait.
at some charts from Kitco it seems copper price is on the up and warehouse levels are declining, take into consideration the emphasis Europe, UK and China are putting on EV's (for good reason), seems to me we are at the right place at the right time.
I am confident we will see a few funds nosing around here very soon, just look at the 1 million buyer, a PI I suspect not. IMHO, GLA

Might be completely wrong but my theory is that the last rns was a heads up to certain parties so no insider trading, leaky ships accusations can be made later. I think some are accumulating now before we get the final confirmation. IMHO of course.
From what I understand if you do not want your broker to be able to sell your shares to a shorter then you put a sell order on them at way above the price so it never happens. May be worth a try.
