Andrada Mining acquisition elevates the miner to emerging mid-tier status. Watch the video here.
Agreed Hallowed, weird that thread disappeared but I can still see my post under my profile. The end of the day most people here, including me, invested in the monitisation of client's stocks. We didn't invest in a company who's main business was to acquiring other profit generating businesses. TF fits well into what SYME is trying to achieve and I agree these things take time, but we do need to start seeing tangible results and clients actually being monetised otherwise the SP will drop and the chances of paying back the CLN in shares rather cash will increase and that's what has me concerned. But I do feel like things will get moving soon and we shouldn't have to wait too much longer.
Another share Jonesrichard is applying his trade to, lets look at some of his greatest his. SYME - 30p top slice target, 88e - 50p top slice target, ICON - just ouch..., NSCI - asked what peoples predictions were then 8 MINUTES later was claiming £20 target.
I have no view on this share but JonesRichard has demonstrated on numerous shares that he is just hasn't a clue, chases the rainbow and has been admittance lost a lot of money since he started investing. DYOR but at least ignore everything he says.
If you read this board Calamari you would see views being aired from this is the worst thing AZ could have possible done to, its not that bad to this is the better than a standard dilution. Most have been on the negative.
So your comment of "Ha! Not if you read this board" is frankly wrong....
Robbo, this is something I have also been pondering why the need for so many tranches. I can only think that after the TF acquisition, they will have an obligation to pay TF should they meet their goals as in line with the acquisition terms which could leave the BOD short of cash for any further projects/acquisitions they may want to do. The CLN gives them access to those funds now as and when its needed rather than having to go out to new investors or funds etc. What does that mean for us shareholders and dilutions? Too early to know exactly.
