Andrada Mining acquisition elevates the miner to emerging mid-tier status. Watch the video here.
Aberlarde gone quiet, Paidrampaccount 2nd reincarnation has now been suspended on Twitter, a few other profiles I noticed have gone quite. On here, Chalker hasn't been heard of for sometime, many other detractors haven't been heard of as much lately. Seemingly positive posts being reported and deleted off here, including Peakhopes. Until he started posting screenshots of them on Twitter...... I mean why bother reporting them if they are on Twitter so everyone can still see them right? Also noticed that the many of the negative inhabitants of this bb were always getting on or close to the magic "5" likes which how interesting is the same number of reports you need to automatically delete a post! It's hard to not feel like there is a group of individuals hellbent on attacking SYME and bringing them down.
LLoyd Phillips on twitter - He got a lot of stick from people (including me) he was always ramping then deramping and made the mistake of admitting it. I caught him lying and making conflicting claims it was quite funny. He obviously really irritated someone as they just googled his name LLoyd Phillips and found some articles about a guy who was wanted for sexual assault. When he was questioned on this is account got deleted extremely quickly. Not the act of an innocent man.
You also can't compare the SP price action to the cancellation of the CLN, the main reason for the jump between Jan and March will be purely down to Covid as they had one of the few ready tests that could detect COVID. That effected everyman and his dog across the world and would have driven more people than usual to invest.
Peak - I just hope that SYME does start to deliver so they can pay back the CLN's with no or little (due to higher SP) dilution otherwise Negma COULD become an anchor that drags us down. I don't think they will as I think SYME will deliver, but it is a risky move.
"whatever media Havoc is referring to" you mean the recent interview that he did with Proactive a couple of days ago. I'm genuinely a little surprised you have not watched it seeing as you have such a keen interest in SYME....
Heres the link so you can watch it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WWoXA3d1Q0
Exactly Lucky, and I recall posting before that when it was being speculated that they would be a placing to raise funds for the TF acquisition that I expect they would also use the opportunity to raise some additional working capital to tie them over. But again, AZ has specifically stated in the interview that the CLN's are to be used to fund further acquisitions. I, and others have also stated that should a CLN be taken up to merely create working capital to "keep the lights on" then that will be a big sell sign for me as they clearly wouldn't be generating enough revenue to cover their costs.
I would state that AZ has said the CLN's are to fund growth and expansion, not to fund the day to day costs going forward should any more tranches be drawn but some may interpret that using the CLN to fund monetisation is effectively growth. One I do not share and I can happily say that if SYME does take up another tranche of CLN because they have decided to IM some clients directly then I will be out.
Well Ex they must think SYME can do something for them which they can't. I mean why would a company that has to date invested more than $500mn dollars in assets and making annual returns of around 5.5% let themselves be taken over by another company? Can you think of any reasons other than TF is failing (no evidence to support this).
One million march has posted a video which I would recommend watching with the TF CEO on.

Key point around the 41 min - TF now have 30X more business than they can finance currently. Which does make me now think they reason they have allowed themselves to be bought by SYME is that they believe SYME will give them greater access to funders to help monitise the demand they are currently unable to finance.
Its a risky move. Going from a guaranteed dilution to the CLN and banking on either being able to repay in cash or via smaller dilution as he is expecting the SP to be much higher. Its a bold strategy if he pulls it off but very risky. Time will tell.
