what was so bad about doing the trials in the UK that made them go all the way to The USA to do them? There must have been serious disadvantages to conducting them in the UK to spend all that extra money. Yet here we are and folk seem to think its good news?
TBH, with the amount of "round figure" sells, suggesting an II, after the last four RNS, I would expect if it is just Oceanwood that they would be well below the 3% reporting threshold by now. Lack of rns suggests either not just Oceanwood or failure of them to notify. Frustrating.
A first birthday card in August to the last company this lot did a deal with, or another deal? There has been practically an entire football season since this lot persuaded someone that their product was worth having. Even though Merck have, or will have, spent over a £1m on it. This is totally unacceptable imho. Why are they getting it so wrong on the sales side? They need to get some expert advice in here.
If its true that Oceanwood will not enter into any discussion about their selling with the company, I think that makes it more likely they are selling to keep the price at a certain level on behalf of an entity who do not wish Diurnal to know about it. If its just" were selling out of pharmas" or similar, why not just say.
Well, all that can mean is that whoever is dumping big thinks the price they are getting is true value. Bloody hope not.
"DNL’s US competitors, shown in the competitive analysis above, are cash-rich and looking for complementary endocrine products. Therefore, failure of the UK market to recognise the full potential value could see the emergence of a predator.”
Perhaps the large sells to keep the sp down make a bit more sense now.
than yesterday. Hopefully just a nice slow trickle of buys throughout the new few months. £1.50 target, but hoping for £2. This assumes no further deals or buyout.
To under 3%.
to consider is being kept low a sale of company. Dont care what anyone says, dropping it 4% on an £800 sale is pure manipulation.
of why folk trade for 5-10% now on AIM. Dropping it 2% on every sell now. Until the next time.....
Actually taken advantage of 24-28p more than I would like, One of only three 5 figure holdings i have. Just cost myself another grand by not selling earlier. It sure is a tough one to hold!!
Same every time. Can only hold because eventually it will keep going up. Missed out on a lot of money here not selling on news. Im afraid there a big seller who will take anything over 25p. Just need to wait until they clear.
This is a long term ISA for me, they were genuinely baffled when Chronocort didnt meet the grade. I know they havnt given up on it and any suggestion the initial trial result was just a blip, this would be back to £2 in the blink of an eye. More rns like today and add another £1 to that. GL.
from last placement or just someone lowering their holding. Could buy as many as you want for 29/30 first thing was obvious big sell coming, now buy as many as you want 28.95, another big sell coming. Someone dumped over a million on the last rns which was very good but the sp went from 35 to 24 in a day!! This big seller must dry up eventually, then one of these rns will get us 50-100% in a day ( without the big sells)
