You are entitled to your opinion as they say smellyben - but not your facts.
"......There is no need for a placing yet as £3.5m was raised in November - so even at a cash spend of £250k per month - well about the historical cash burn - there is month for another 6 months......"
Cashburn in six months to 30 June 2020 - £400k per month
Cashburn in year to 31 December 2019 - £370k per month
Just specifically on dividends.
Companies cannot pay dividends until they have accumulated profits in their balance sheet.
At the moment (6 mth ended 31/03) the Accumulated losses are Aus$201k with more to come over the next 6 months/year in the absence of some financial windfall.
So Seeing machines have to make profits of at least Aus$201k to get eliminate the accumulated losses.
They will then have to make sufficient further profits before any thought of dividends.
Given all the variables I would not speculate when that might happen. Others may.

The BDMS contract was announced in June 2019.
I cannot see any reference to BDMS after a two line reference in the 2019 financial report.
It seems to me to be an initiative which did not progress beyond the initial contract.
But perhaps someone can see something since? (official or otherwise).
As Colin mentioned the video he includes was in the public domain two months ago so I am not sure why all the exciement about it now.
Pathpartner sounds interesting....
".......PathPartner attracted much attention after leading chipmaker Qualcomm Inc. chose to include the company's DMS in its concept car on display at CES 2019 in Las Vegas, which is one of the world's biggest technology events.
In January, PathPartner announced the launch of its PT605 system on module (SOM) and smart camera reference design kit, which is based on Qualcomm's QCS605 system on chip (SoC).
PathPartner's DMS is designed around multiple small convolutional neural network (CNN) models combined with adaptive machine learning modules. Due to this hybrid architecture, the company's imaging radar technology can process 60 frames per second from a camera feed with very low footprint using DSPs supplied by Qualcomm, the company says.
The combination of PathPartner's high-performance system-on-module (SOM) and smart camera reference design kit combined with the company's device engineering services also enables device makers to address the growing demand for imaging radar outside of the auto industry, including for AI-enabled cameras and IoT devices, the company said.
"Our camera sensor with near-infrared illumination enables reliable performance under different lighting conditions. The camera module and processing unit are attached via a high-end automotive-grade FAKRA connector, which offers installation flexibility and low form factor camera installations," said Vinay.
FAKRA (Fachkreis Automobil) is an industry standard for automotive-grade connectors developed in Germany that can operate up to 6 GHz and are highly reliable. These types of connectors are typically used to connect wireless imaging and video devices.
PathPartner's DMS is also supported on hardware supplied by Silicon Valley software company Cadence, which makes products suitable for many automotive applications.
"Cadence is a high-performance DSP and convolutional neural network(CNN) accelerator provider with design wins on automotive processors," said Vinay. "By porting our DMS algorithms and models on Cadence processors we have them ready to try out for automotive OEMs.,,,,,,"
gosh, assumng you are genuine......
Dilution by means of share issue has two elements -
1/ More shares in issue
2/ More cash in the company's bank account.
So we have more shares and more assets.
When the shares are issued at current value or at a premium the value per share is not reduced.
What most of these posts - Trading Vs holding - miss is the fact that we are all different individuals with different strengths/weaknesses when it comes to trading/investing.
Telling each other what the other should do / not do is pointless.
We each have to figure out what works for us - to make money and keep sane.
Why does it have to be accumulated in a day? A broker could have been accumulating for a client over a period and the trade gets reported when finished. With that buyer out of the market the price drops marginally. Or not....

Thank you for your reply Manro.
You can of course write whatever you wish. Since you clearly have a very dearly held opinion I am interested in understanding the reasons for it. But if you don't want to share - no worries.
I appreciate your reply Dozzawa. I saw MATD recommended on another board and am looking for reasons to invest or not.
If you are, at any stage, happy to post any of the most pertinent of those news articles or tweets I for one would be delighted to read them.
