i'm certainly happy adding in small tranches of late, since should positive news come then I don't expect to get many shares easily on the rise, that's my strategy anyway based on my risk profile...GLA
just looked through some old RNS...looking back to May 2015 Invesco had c27%...fast forward 3 and half years even after placements have pretty much maintained their % share. Woodford was 13% towards end of 2015 and in 3 years has increased to c28%. They do appear to be in for the long haul. In late 2015 there was a £20M placing at about 225p/share a discount to the then price of 255p/share. The development side of the business is very volatile and we still see that now with flu-v but the not so sexy and attractive services side appears to be turning a corner again with those 3 recently announced contracts c£21M . Guess if they focussed on the services side only they may not get as much investor interest but bringing in the revenue and profits wouldn't be overlooked for long if that was their core and only business, selling the development side on for some meaty cash reserves and who knows a dividend, wouldn't be a bad business model to invest in and easier to place a valuation on. Bought a small tranche yesterday and will add some more as funds become available, as IMHO they in some way appear to be priced to go bust when actually they are not doing so badly on the services side and those contracts indicate to me that this quarter onwards things do look much brighter leading into 2019, as for the development side the gyrations reflect that. GLA
so Woodford and Invesco combined c55% of HVO....IP Group have 16%..a couple of 3% as per Notification of Major Holdings ...who may have since reduced further....so lets say approx 70% tied up leaving 30% free float, that's what about 25M shares...no wonder it can move pretty quick in either direction!
how long have they been drip feeding their sells? Noticed the bid just dropped, they continue to take the SP down.
what valuation in your opinion is fair at present? Also, what valuation for this time next year, in view that revenue is expected to increase and costs reduced as they look to finally turn the corner? The 3 recently announced contracts c£20.9M not bad ;)
:))
a break above 7p should give this a nice boost GLA
slowly moving up...GLA
well done to those that quietly added yesterday and the day before ;)
plu as many have experienced when it does move up, it's not easy to get a decent amount at the ask price...so happy to buy on dips (especially such a massive one! )...have we reached the bottom, don't know but certainly happy to add at this price...GLA whatever your strategy.
gold bounced nicely overnight, even stronger bounce overdue here...roll on 8am...lots of peeps looking here and it only takes a few peeps to buy in and then watch others join in quickly...GLA
suddenly everything is ok again and the indices are having a strong run these past couple of days, just opened a short on the Dow Jones and gone long some Gold, will top-up with some OMI in the morning as well...greed and fear...GLA
well done to even get £3k worth, they keep dropping it but don't let you buy many and now 5.2/6 what a crazy spread (although of course the actual bid/ask is within that).
did anyone manage to get any on the dip?
so what I understand is that although you expect to be able to buy in at 5.5p tomorrow, you are going to pass, at the end it is your money so do what you think is best. GL to All.
OMI at this price on many peeps radars, no surprise if it turns pretty quickly when a string of buys come in...think a few have their finger hovering over the buy button ;)
GL to both ANGS and OMI
0.55/0.56... when I topped up recenly at 0.6070 I couldn't believe to get some more VAST at that price...this is now just getting ridiculous....will just check in on a monthly basis from now on, too frustrating. Not selling any of my 3M shares....GLA
now I understand the B in Tranche B stands for Brexit ;)
