You won't get a positive rns, those (rns) are to be avoided like the plague.
No this is not the thing that breaks the company. The continuous c ck ups and consistent inability to achieve that will eventually do that .
We know Yan will underperform, that's what they do here. We know that.
You need to understand, they will always be nearly there, but never actually there. This place is like Narnia, always winter but never Christmas ( must stop my Christmas analogies now) .Can anyone seriously imagine us ever getting a good result here? Let alone a string of them. It's just not going to happen is it.
I'm sure you are right this will get sorted, allowing them to move smoothly and seamlessly onto the next c ck up , in time honoured tradition of hummingbird.
Just goes to show what nonsense as been spoken here. Only 5metres from the good stuff,110% gold at $2400,all just childish wish list nonsense, letters to Santa. Fact is it Hummingbird and they are crap. Always have been Always will be. If they were ever going to produce the goods, they would have by now. They have produced debts and placings. That's what they can do.
Dear Santa, let there be a banking collapse next week, so the price of gold goes through the roof and I become really rich,at the expense of everyone else. How pathetic is this person?
Not a swindle??? People paying themselves huge bonuses and wage rises for delivering a failing product, bonuses and wage rises that should have gone into making up the shortfall. Companies selling products they knew would fail and getting knighthoods for it. How much of a swindle do you want it to be???
Dear Santa. Please make this a transformation year for Hummingbird, and not another year of excuses and underachievement.
Dear Santa please make gold $2535 by summer.
Yes once they see gold coming out of the mines. Meanwhile they are still inefficient.
What game? You mean I'm not a ramper? Don't understand gold quite right, nor do you. You don't have to understand gold. They could be producing Jelly Babies for all it matters. The issue is can they effectively produce the product, and until they start showing the consistently and efficiently start showing they can, the fact is at this moment and not pretending wishes are facts. They haven't been able to do it. They have been mining inefficiently over a number of years now, we all understand that, and wishing won't change that. I don't understand gold, but I understand the difference between can do and can't do. Do you?
When you get past the dear Santa attitude of the postings here. What do we really know? The mine is running at 110% is it? When, how long for, can it maintain it. 5 or 10 metres away from the good stuff? Sounds like a bit of guess work to me,but again, how easy to cover the distance, what time scale, what cost? You can make your own questions up,but stop writing dear Santa posts. Wishes are not results. What we do know is we have a company riddled with debt, with a track record of failure, and until it produces results that will always be the case. Throw in the Africa effect and I too am surprised we are at 10p.
It's not that limited. He could try doing whatever Aviva are doing that makes them perform better as an investment.
As of first thing this morning, I had a pretty standard savings account, which had to within £1 the same amount in as my holdings here. If by the end of the year my holdings here, in a Blue Chip, prestigious British company haven't performed better than my bog standard account (4.4%) then it raises very serious issues about investing in this country, and you know what? I'm fairly confident my bank account will outperform this. I'll probably stop investing in shares altogether, or at least on the Ftse. Stick in the bank watch it grow.
At this moment, I have a pretty decent, but nothing special bank account, that as within £1 the same amount I hold here. Come the end of the year, which will have done best? If this isn't significantly better than the bank account. Its a bad investment. Not sure I believe this will have the most value Come December.
Pathetically hoping for a banking crisis so you can get a little richer? Desperate boy get a life.
Got to say I wouldn't be buying at the moment, momentum seems to have gone out of gold price for the moment, which leaves us with just the dreaded update or RNS to move this, and we all know which way they move us. Still investing in a debt ridden, inefficient company in Africa. Very wary.
Seems I'm not the only one dreading any real news. This always does better on wishful thinking than solid facts about performance.
Desperately hoping the world banking system goes to f ck to give us a better chance. Desperate and sad.
