Showing 1.63m 1 min volume at 14:10 on the mid, but only about 400k printed ?
Was that a +1m sell at 4.4p, I could get lower than 4.48p while 4.4p trades went through even though bid was 4.2p
MATD shake, happening
Badly worded RNS..
Work this out ... riding it again,,
Doubled to $64m, so thats $32m to $64, but already increased 25% by/of $55m but if 25% is 55m, then doubling....
" as a result of these ongoing operational issues LJN has now been informed by the operator that the Statfjord Øst 2024 gross capex budget has almost doubled to 685 million Norwegian Kroner (~$64 million) having already suffered a 25% gross capex budget increase of 586 million Norwegian Kroner (~$55 million) in 2023."
The other scary bit is the have to payback $17m by Dec 31st, but have failed to mention is covered or was by Gov payments..??
So could be well overdone as the overrun costs bringing those production wells online should be a couple of $m
Poor update or something is amiss

Trouble is they included
As detailed in the original LJN()(longboat/japex) Norway) joint venture announcement in May 2023, the Acquisition Facility is available to LJN for the sole purpose of financing acquisitions and associated development costs and Longboat's partner has reiterated that the Acquisition Facility is not available to finance working capital shortfalls post-acquisition completion.
In the event Longboat cannot meet its share of additional working capital shortfalls at LJN in a timely fashion, the terms of the Shareholder Agreement and Acquisition Facility could result in Longboat forfeiting some-or-all of its shares in LJN.
Not good, as I believe they can't use the facility to meet the overrun costs. So I guess will have to raise funds through a placing or take on more debt, or maybe they can offset debt or those costs against future production, ..
But that update leaves you guessing about the issue and funding ..
Its just starting moving towards 5p
QED, RNS this morning..
The Moroccan agent is paid by warrants, next payment no later than 31 December 2024, so that 6 months to get the significant news..
A twitter guy buying in, with a following apparently McNulty ?
Lol, I should have held, ..
Watch to see if it gets a good shake, there have been a few recently that have dropped back 20% or more then rallied again..
It rose quick, I bought then thought I haven't assessed, it was NT to sell, so I sold..again without assessing lol, but a quick small profit..
Cheers for the shout
Nice long update that doesn't make it clear the impact of the extra costs to bring the two wells online or give any details of the issues or solution..
BB posts seem to be at total opposites some selling up others loading up..
But there is a warning that it could forfeit its JV with Japex, not such a sweet deal after all

Sugar, meeting with Gov agencies, potential sites, no real details just potential lol
My money is on them pulling off the funding at a big discount, management get to load up cheap, along with the smart money.. Company keeps its £200m asset and MC recovers as fresh investor jump aboard...
But if so is it the company or the funders screwing the LTH
DELT, one to watch this week..
Not sure if they are creating max upside He1 style, prices is now 0.6p old money, back to day 1..
They need to raise £15m for their share of Pensacola worth NPV£200m

Still in, but didn't load up for the imminent big day,
This mornings update probably would have been big news , but that commercial contract due last year is at least another year away, after a larger trial which makes sense. So I doubt a commercial contract was ever to follow the earlier 2 week test..
Cheers Swissy, I almost forgot about QED, another year to get another test done..
Onsite mixing, not sure what to make of that, is it to get around customs ?
Mates rates on the UT ?
everything else 0.51 or 0.55

I am out, didn't buy back in, that £70k I am 100% sure there is a fair chance its a sell, maybe :)
It seems to be a theme, the II getting such good prices and shifting volumes we can only dream about, makes me think it could be a MMs book being loaded or cleared..
