Are the owners of these new shares going to hold or rinse through, we should see over the next few days.
The previous raise saw a very tight bid and ask as these were sold, so far that's not occurred.
The positive side is that this raise most likely secures the TEO and gives AMC cash until circa Christmas.
Absolutely Geng,
The world has been in lock down since March when we raised 500k, so very little of this will have been spent.
The raised a few weeks ago repaid this and so we are probably still sat with 500k.
This raise probably takes the bank balance to a million.
Many of us believe that the BOD are sat on results from the bulk sample / copper. We know the 2018 results have not been properly released. Why would it be so hard for them to release a positive update on the TEO and how they have navigated the corona pandemic.
All long term holders will be smarting at this
With this volume and the anticipation of news coming it this might not be too tough.
I guess it all depends who has been mopping up the shares and what their plan is
Hey CBS, I remember it well,
Frak breaking the news first on iii, then the is it or isn't it real, then the climb into the 40s. Feels like a long time ago.
and got a few more grey hairs.
I think that a lot of the LTHs are still about, but stopped posting when iii messed up their platform.
Hopefully some positive news from AMC soon and Adam being able to secure something sizeable this year.
Anybody feeling it.... wouldn't want to be out this weekend
:)
I would have thought our project, Kun Manie is automatically qualified for residency as owned 100% by a Russian registered company, ZAO Kun Manie from memory.
Agreed TDT
We were at 1p and volume was negligible. Then we started to rise and all of a sudden shareholders are picking up 75m shares being rinsed through.
This all occurred just after directors warrants were issued so must have been a rushed deal due to market abuse regulations.
AMC BOD have been played in this recent funding in my opinion
Updated.
Looks like a lot of the recent placing are flushed through.
Will be interesting to see the Bid and Ask this week
It's hard to imagine just PIs all of a sudden went buying crazy on Friday when the price was bobbling under a penny a just few weeks ago, even more so when you take into account the TEO / licence warning.
The problem is that every investor here knows how absolutely appalling AMC are at hitting deadlines and most investors just don't believe what RY says anymore.
If they were obliged to add that statement, then they should have accompanied it with a clear current position of the TEO and the plan for completion.
75m shares at a penny, the board loading up on options off the back of the current pandemic .... RY has to go
Couple that with a Chinese stimulus package....
Was only a matter of time until this happened.
The clarity electric was a poor car. Poor range, poor reliability, hence being pulled.
You are just another bitter Tern investor trying to bash AMC, instead, making yourself look silly
No it's not as it all depends on the annual mileage and how long an Individual will keep the car
People will be able to charge at work and would expect charge times could be set for during the night when differently rates could be applied.
As for efficency, I will take 3p per mile over the 20p my diesel is costing
Everytime you fill up your car it is carting around 80kg of petrol / diesel as well as the weight of the combustion engine.
Batteries are getting better all of the time
I don't think he is.
The original post referenced renewable technology, something which is not really defined and is seperate from renewable energy.
As it is, batteries will be charged more and more from renewable sources of energy.
The original Post is from a bitter Tern investor
Good post FB.
It won't be long until there is some sort of kerbside wireless charging in a similar manner that we charge our phone.
