He did say negotiations were ongoing but how far advanced. I sent him an email stating that I was more than disappointed after all the assurances over the xmas period that things were going well. I asked him how far further negotiations had progressed. First time I have not had a reply.
I sent an email stating that this result was more than disappointing after the assurances that all was going well over the xmas period. His negotiations with other bodies must be well progressed or we will see a further fall. Hope he keeps us better informed and stays truthful.
A lot to read but I was hoping for a lot more positive news to come out rather than a list of debts and payments. Fingers crossed for the SP
Man goes to the doctor and asks him for something for depression.
Doctor showed him his Scirocco share certificate and said. ' There is always someone worse off than you'.
Man left realising how lucky he was after all.
Must be the only oil / gas company going down. Have to laugh or I will cry.
Most interesting for me is 'The Company will now prioritise ongoing discussions with other potential partners for the CS Project.' If PC has any sort of competence he should have almost finalised deals with other companies, should this deal fall through, as it has, and news should be with us in the very near future. If not SACK HIM.
A lot to take in this morning and I am not sure I understand some of it. One thing I see quite clearly is that Aviva's 22,000 employees are to receive £1,000 for their part in the success of the company. Why is it then that the SP is now lower than when I made my main investment over 10 years ago. Doesn't seem very successful to me.
AA I remember when you bought in at 1.4 I was moaning then and I said to you that at 1.4p it should not possibly go down any further and you may have made a good investment. However, I did also mention that I had the same feeling many years ago when the price was much higher. I only hope you have not invested a lot more than me or that would be very painful at over 60% down when expecting a profit. Are you related to any of the BOD by chance?
I was quite happy when the BOD bought some at , I think, 3.25p but can't get that up on my screen but I realise now that the money they paid for those shares was just money they had robbed from us in the first place. They are in a win, win situation no matter what the company does. They need to be made more accountable.
I would be very disappointed if the current BOD left soon as it would leave me feeling robbed and badly let down by a bunch of incompetents. Or perhaps they are just experts at living a life of luxury using other people's money, proving they are not incompetent at all but just a bunch of crooks.
What year?
Didn't the 'start of the dreaded drop' start 10 years ago and this is just a continuation of it? 98% down from the and only 2% to go before it folds up.
Know what you mean. very frustrating. Went down nearly 10% a couple of days ago and not a word. If that had been anything else in my portfolio I would have thought a mine had collapsed or something but here it is almost expected. On that basis good news should give us a big rise but all PC keeps saying is that things are progressing. They have been progressing for years but haven't got anywhere yet. Come on SRES.
I congratulate you mrc. Anyone who can make a profit from a company that has lost 98% of it's value in 10 years has done incredibly well. However there has been a pattern of spikes and it has been possible. It doesn't change the fact though that this has been a rip off company for a very long time.
And that is just recently mrc. Back in the day this was 1.97p in old money (39.4p new money) From 39.4 to 0.72 in 10 years,(almost a 98% loss) and all the time we have had supposedly good assets. Whoever has been in charge at any time has had a disastrous impact for shareholders.
Just as it seems to be going nicely everyone wants to bail out. That will not help us at all.
