Hmmm We will have to wait and see. In the mean time we have plenty of time on our hands as shareholders we still haven't seen any accounts from CICC. Makes you wonder what RNSes previous from CICC may be untrue. Look forward to a good read when and if they ever come out.
Just found this. Can't remember seeing it before. Enjoy http://cicgold.com/pdf/Gobi_Minerals_NI43-101_web.pdf
MIRABAUD Securities LLP Revising financial forecasts in light of recent developments We have revised our financial forecasts in light of a number of developments since our most recent note (August 2016). These include: Fuel Top-Ups. Following the announcement of a digital fuel top-up distribution agreement with two leading Chinese fuel retailers (March 2017), we expect the group to process over £600 million of fuel top-ups in 2017. Chinese motorists already spend over £300 billion on prepaid petrol cards from the leading petrol retailers, a product that offers a convenient way to avoid lengthy queues at the pump. Offering the opportunity to top up these cards online will add even greater convenience, and we expect BNN to expand the offering in future into additional services such as motor insurance and car parking, thereby creating a “one-stop shop” online portal for the growing number of Chinese motorists, providing significant potential for increasing commissions on mobile payments, as well as substantial and valuable data on Chinese consumers. Given the higher margins enjoyed on these transactions relative to mobile phone top- ups, we expect fuel top-ups to account for over two-thirds of its net revenues from mobile payments in 2017. We forecast over 40% of these net revenues will be B2C transactions, conducted through the new motorist services platform on the Xinhua app. For 2018, we forecast this business line to triple in size to over £2,300 million in gross transaction volume. Advertising. Following the announcement of agreements with FC Barcelona (December 2016), Arsenal FC (March 2017) and Manchester City (April 2017), BNN expects to launch its unique promotional content on the Xinhua News app in Q2/17, which is likely to attract tens of millions of users and yield advertising revenues of over £10 million during H2/17. These promotions include “money can’t buy” prizes such as coaching sessions with Barcelona coaching staff, which are likely to prove attractive to young Chinese soccer fans, driving significant increases in traffic to the Xinhua app. BNN will have exclusive rights to both sell advertising and capture consumer data on the microsites they have designed around the content. The three partner clubs together already attract over 18 million followers on Chinese social media. Football is growing rapidly in China as a participation sport, spurred by President Xi Jinping’s mission for the country to qualify for, host and win a FIFA World Cup. BNN’s activities are fully aligned with the country’s ambitions by bringing world famous football clubs together with grassroots Chinese footballers. Mobile Payments. The growth of mobile B2C payments on the Xinhua News app has been slower than we forecast over the last twelve months, principally due to the slow roll-out of the necessary interfaces with local authorities that would have facili

Shanba Gold's gold leaching operation has been shut down during the winter as heap-leaching of gold ore is not possible due to water freezing. CIC's interest in Shanba Gold is conditional, inter alia, on a successful listing of CIC Gold. A gold mining company located adjacent to Shanba's lease has recently made an offer to acquire Shanba. The CIC Gold Board has approved the offer and for the net proceeds to be directed towards new gold acquisitions and invested in additional portable oxide gold processing equipment.
