Minusbuy is when you notify your broker to buy a share at a price lower than the current price it is currently trading at .
A 1 for 100 share consolidation is expected to take place on 22 October 2009, for which the record date will be 5:00pm on 21 October 2009.
Golf in the morning don't want to be late.
How much did you pay for your shares if they were on 1.5p or just above you purchased yours after dilution as they only dropped that low after the disclosure day, so iif your average is to high and you do not wish to loose that money average down but remember that this share price will be consolidated soon so for every 100 shares you own you will have one new share at a greater value example 1.5p now consolidation £1,50 if the price is 1.5p on the day
you can only average down as the dilution must have been stated when you purchased your shares at 3.5 as I paid 33p and it showed that I was down 95% untill i took the offer
You would have received the offer from your broker as if you held prior to 28th you would be entitled to the offer price but if you have not taken the offer up which it seem like you have not,I think you have missed the boat but the price they are at the moment is not a bad price to average down too. as my average price even with the offer is 1.3
You have to decide if you are a long term holder I think it is a good bet But please do not take my word for it as.Otherwise I will be accused of ramping the share, but the company has property in a good location no debt and money in the bank. after consolidation the price could rise or fall pay your money and take your choice do a little reasearch and see what you think GL
There is no new on the horizon for this share only they have cleared their debt and have cash in Bank
The offer that was in force to share holders was Dilution for ever share you held prior to 28th September for ever share at say 33p you could buy 100 at 1p so say you held 10,000 at 33p I took full offer you now hold 1000,000 at a average of 1.3 per share I dont think you can know take up the offer your broker will be able to tell you GL

As far as I led to believe each share you own will be consolidates for ever 100 to 1 new share so you would have 8000 new shares at say £1.50 each if on the day of consolidation they are 1.5p each I am sure that if I am wrong some one will correct me.GL
I for one do not think that you are stupid if you are going to hold for long term then good move ,you will make more than you will get in the Bank. If you day trade then you should have waited but either way I think you are ok.You have purchased shares in a company in the right location at the right price they have no debt and cash in the bank.you could say your glass is half empty but I would say it is half full.GL
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF TRADING ON AIM RELAX GROUP PLC At the request of the company trading on AIM for the under-mentioned securities has been temporarily suspended from 06/10/2009 13:15, pending clarification of the company's financial position.
Yes I will buy my full allocation as you then hold shares in a company with property in a great location and as we all know property will bounce back. And we hope the company have cleared their debt.
Sorry did not reply been golfing just got back I held 10,000 shares at 33p prior to dilution so that entitles me to buy 100 shares for every one I share I hold I can buy 1000,000 at 1p a share good deal I think
I held prior to drop at 33 so for every share I had I can buy 100 at 1p each I think that is correct.
The shares have been diluted meaning prior to the drop all those who held shares in SBDB will be entitled to purchase new shares fetched to the market at 100:1, money raised will be used to clear debt I think long term a good bet as they will no doubt do a consolidation very much like MEC DID and as they have property in a prime area and as we all know property will bounce back but please DYOR GLA
I bought in last week on the drop now talk of a possible offer GLA

I know that if you held your shares up to offer Wednesday the day the offer was made you are still entitled to the offer even though you sell your shares now.I had the same offer with rex and sold my old shares the next day after the announcement and took up the offer hope that help.
