Listen to our latest Investing Matters Podcast episode 'Uncovering opportunities with investment trusts' with The AIC's Richard Stone here.
I'm not sure what posts you mean and don't have the time to trawl back through them unfortunately.
Everyone is panicking here but even the likes of BP have been down circa 50% from year highs
Added another £13k at 2.2p inspired or insane only time will tell
If I was allowed to by more shares I certainly would
I topped up earlier at 2.2, now nothing available under 2.35
been trying to top up more but not many shares around at these low prices
Let’s just say that I am quite relaxed about the delays, read the most recent RNS regarding this and decide for yourself
Added £20k at 2.2p , crazy cheap right now
Hi Blood
I am in constant dialogue with all parties and whilst I cant go into details all I would say is you have nothing to fear here, this is going to be a great investment, not all delays are bad !!!
Kind Regards
MJ
I wouldn't want to come on this board and start talking about many other stocks but will add that I currently own 29% of AAAP and do believe that this is a really great opportunity, in all honesty I also think from the level CERP is potentially great.
I do a lot of pre IPO stuff an have an interesting business about to list on NEX in the next few weeks hopefully (ZAPP). GRL started to move recently but will pop at some stage, longer term hold and generally low liquidity, almost run like a private company. Sorry for posting others on this board guys
not sure that I ever invested in TCG but if I did it would have been small and insignificant, how about my recent success in EUA for example, invested £70k & cashed out just under £1m plus still holding a few mil shares
BTW I was talking open market and not any kind of placing etc!!!
I don't get them all right but I get more right than wrong, had a few amazing ones recently but also a few dogs!!!
CERP will certainly be a good investment for me, maybe a great one and hopefully an amazing one
Im still around guys but am an NED so more of an internal monitoring role than getting involved with day to day stuff like Q&A etc, rest assured I still read these boards and share my impartial view with the board etc
I know everyone is worried here and I understand why, like I have said before I have £500k of my own real money invested here, I invested it when the company was already suspended / delisted and wouldn't have done so unless I expected a great outcome, I have known CP personally for many years and he wont let you & me down.
We will get this relisted and I am always challenging the board to get this done as quickly as practical
like all funds , Schroders will have redemptions etc and need to keep moving investments, especially if the value of the investment hasn't been going in the right direction, I wouldn't say they don't believe in CERP just that they see better short term value elsewhere, I could do the same but I still strongly believe in LK & team and don't want to miss the boat when this starts to move.
I am optimistically happy but will of course be happier once we have drilling results to back up my confidence
LK & team are very good oil guys, plenty of others would have possibly failed to finish the drill with the delays & difficulties they encountered
Hi Everyone, don't worry contrary to what some fool has been writing on this board (I don't know who as I cant be bothered to look back through all the messages but was told about it) I haven't sold a single share and I have no intention of selling any.
I know that the news and current SP is frustrating at this time but I still believe that it will come good here in the time frame LK gave us (3-5 years)
GLA , hopefully positive news soon
I can promise you, you have nothing to worry about with this
The tidy up of Blackstar wasn't really a board issue but it was something that should have been done a long time ago, its really just a minor paper exercise and doesn't effect anything.
With regards the buy back, I am not sure why it hasn't had a more positive effect but at least it has taken cheap shares out of the hands of impatient shareholders, if the buy back hadn't been done these shares at some stage would have been a drag on the SP.
At some stage the market will like MTR again, once SFR & Cobre start to drill etc and then maybe we will all be pleased that the BOD took out these cheap shares. The SP is really low right now & that sucks but the assets haven't changed and will surely be correctly reflected in the SP at some stage
Blackstar was part of the original RTO transaction, I too was involved in it, this is just a tidying exercise and most of the shares have gone back into sticky hands (not really moved just a paper exercise) for example 6m of the shares belong to me
