Andrada Mining acquisition elevates the miner to emerging mid-tier status. Watch the video here.
Good post Mafs. Some great sentiment here at the moment which i feel will lead to significantly higher mcap this year and as you mentioned still very cheap if can get in below recent placing price of 1.625 especially after Friday's news IMO.
Successful raise of £1,050,075, through a placing of 64,620,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company (the "Placing Shares") at an issue price of 1.625 pence per Placing Share (the "Placing")
NJW1 , that's exactly what i'm asking for i have looked but struggling to find much. Can you please post your research here for benefit of other potential investors? Would be much appreciated!
Chefmassive, i have no idea who that Youtuber is or how well his previous predictions have fared but ties in nicely with my prediction of Rock touching 3-4p+ over next coming months IMO. Not a ramp i have put my money down at 1.4p per share yesterday and will lose if incorrect.
How can the market not get excited with current price of Gold(and many like Peter Schiff think $2000+ soon) and CEO making statements like these from yesterdays blockbuster RNS:
"Plateau resource surges 515%"
"This represents real potential for Rockfire to achieve its ambition of near-term, open cut gold production whilst the deposit continues to be expanded through further exploration."
"The depth potential of Plateau remains wide open for a significant discovery."
"These intercepts are 175 m apart and are considered by Rockfire geologists to be an outstanding success and bodes very well for a significant gold discovery."
"Rockfire is striving to monetise Plateau and we are working hard to achieve this for the benefit of our shareholders. We are very pleased with progress to date and will continue to push rigorously ahead with exploration at Plateau, pursuing our ambition for early gold production."
And this is just 1 of ROCK's many promising projects and mcap only £8m no brainer buy IMO .
Trying to find out about tr-1s and found your post. What’s your problem with it?
Strummer i understand your pessimism if you have been here 18+ months with multiple false dawns but the fact is this stock does indeed have massive resistance at 2.1-2.3p but also massive support below 1p as always bounce's back. At some point will have to break the 2.3p resistance and you must also believe or you would have sold by now.
It seems to me obvious the CEO is now trying harder then ever to engineer that move to 3p+ if you look at ultra positive language used in latest RNS and the current price of Gold. The question is do the more savvy investors who know the ins and outs of Gold mining believe David price when he says this? Can he pull it off?
"The above 53,336 ounces of gold could conceivably form a low cost, early, open cut mining operation and Rockfire is working vigorously to pursue such opportunity"
Oops last paragraph quote from poster "Iknownuffin" from few pages back.
So i'm trying to figure out what we actually know about CCAP right now and looking at TR-1s can't see many clues.
We had Richard/Charlotte Edwards building up 5% stake at price of 1-1.3p ish and then going at least below 3% at 2p ish. I think we can assume they they are unconnected to the company and just saw an opportunity to buy low when they saw activity and now probably de-risked with free shares.
Then we have Stephen Paul Jones who has built up a 5% stake happy to pay 2-2.5p. A previous post mentions Mr.Jones is a serial investor. Do we assume he has also just taken a punt on the chance this being worth significantly more then 2.5-3.5m mcap at some point and also unconnected?
Then Robert McFadden on the 6th of Jan. building up 3.5% again just looks like serial investor taking a punt once he's seen activity so best to assume unconnected?
The speculation on forums seems to be a variety of possibilities such as sustainable energy, cannabis, tech ect ect so i assume no one really knows and just guessing. So basically seems like we have no clue what this is going to be but there's a very high chance at some point it will be worth significantly higher mcap so decent risk/reward and that's why some very shrewd investors are building up positions. Are there any more clues that i have missed from the company released information?
Stephen Jones is an investor , private investor and thinks this will do very well obviously with the 3% vote of confidence and the couple are serial investors been around for along time and very very rarely lose out period . They have pulled some down but then they have over doubled their investment so far so understandable. Won’t be long news will break :)
If a Turkish company had orders from UK/Germany before test was completed i think it's fair to say Paraytec almost certainly have some strong agreements in place already on the provision the test gets emphatically proven to work.
Good post Neutron you have mad me even more confident then ever. Here is one from Turkey but i don't know how they are progressing and i'm sure a test made in Sheffield university would be preferred. Here's a very interesting snippet from the article:
"We told our customers that the kit was still in development. But we still had orders from countries like the U.K. and Germany because they trust our company’s history. Some of them even made down payments. We got paid before even putting the product on the table. We see this as a show of trust in our firm’s expertise on the field"

Can anyone with more knowledge then me of gold mining do the maths to figure out how much it will cost to 53,336 ounces their goal of "near-term, open cut gold production" on the 53,336 ounces and how feasibly is it that this could be achieved in the nearish term?
"The above 53,336 ounces of gold could conceivably form a low cost, early, open cut mining operation and Rockfire is working vigorously to pursue such opportunity."
"This outstanding resource upgrade demonstrates the quality of the Plateau asset. I am particularly pleased that we have delineated near-surface gold, at an average grade of 1.2 g/t Au. This represents real potential for Rockfire to achieve its ambition of near-term, open cut gold production whilst the deposit continues to be expanded through further exploration."
"Rockfire is striving to monetise Plateau and we are working hard to achieve this for the benefit of our shareholders. We are very pleased with progress to date and will continue to push rigorously ahead with exploration at Plateau, pursuing our ambition for early gold production. We will keep the market up to date as our work progresses."
161906 shares at average of 2.9202 . Wish i spotted earlier as was easy buy at 2p and under but chart says this has clearly bottomed which makes sense with the story that is playing out . GL all .
I keep buying here 901476 shares now at 1.4118 average. Dropped a bit but expect this over 3p soon. Fantastic positive language used in RNS everything is building up here to a mcap that is significantly higher then £8m IMO

- Market leading detection levels
-Market leading test time (5 mins or less)
-No Delay to projected Easter roll out time frame
-£14m mcap ?!?!?!
"To minimise the effects of this delay, Paraytec has brought forward scheduled work, using isolated lab-grown virus to optimise the operational sensitivity (sometimes called 'lower limit of detection') of our instrument for the detection of pre-symptomatic and early-stage symptomatic levels of virus. Paraytec's target is to detect less than 1000 virions per millilitre of sample, which would represent a market leading performance, if achieved. By re-arranging the workflows Paraytec does not believe that there will be any overall delay to the development programme."

Looks like this 5 minute test has turned into a 90 second test and "progress accelerating" ......
Remember SNG dropped from 77p to 35p in the weeks preceding their game changing news then did 35 to 230 in 1 day. We also know the test really needs to "proceed at pace" as they mentioned in last RNS. The country and world needs it ASAP and their is also competition out there. I'm hoping for an RNS revealing world class 5 min or less test , plans to manufacture/distribute in place and orders in place on the basis it passes all the relevant checks. Lets hope we get the RNS tomorrow!
