Best shares on ftse?
its fallen from 760p to 89p
Are you for real?
Its burning its cash raise in merely 13 weeks and bleeding money out of control
Its now burdened with a full compliment of staff (most picking their noses and curled up in bed)and furlough isnt stumping this next quarter wage bill like it did
42,000 staff and losses for years ahead?
What planet are you from?
SO youre telling me IAG isnt throwing £178 Million a week out of the window? Wow you should do your own RNS!
The furlough changes add more cost
Get a pen and brown envelope and scare yourself
Geezo, the blind leading the blind here
Unbelievable!
I said the same at 250-300p+
I told you 150p if broken would be a slaughter
where are we now?
I suggest wayyyy higher than we will be by xmas after the capital raise is all gone....again!
Get OOT!
Capital raise merely allows IAG/BA 13 more weeks to throw enormous amounts of cash out of the window.
They will already be in talks for the next raise, well if they want to survive.
At the cost of a further slump in share price....another 50-70% chopped off?
How many passengers have to get into the air to even break even?
That aint coming for years
Its gone, Govt will either have to do a spectacular u-turn or buy a huge chunk of this doomed airline.
And the perfect storm is now paved for the final decent.
DEATH SPIRAL
What company is worth £2 Billion losing £200m a week?!
Living in hope the lunatics get off the grass?
Itll be worth ziltch by Easter under current Govt
itll blown another £5 Billion out of the window by then
Bottom is not even close
More slumps
The situation is chronic
BA is at the mercy of Govts reversing insane restrictions
The Govts will not budge, they admit the uselessness of insane PCR amplification tests
There is not even hope left here
Meanwhile IAG dilute the shareholders into oblivion and throw £200m out of the windows per week?!
Say your prayers
No, i dont see it recovering in time to save itself
At least Walsh tried to cut out 12,000 sitting on their bum( not their own fault) from the business costs
Ba now carry this cost burden until the new boy wakes up
How many weeks has IAG got to survive?
I would suggest completely drained of cash by Easter ....26 weeks X £178m a week
= £4.6 BILLION!!!!
You want to invest in this madness...fire on
Burning around £200 MILLION a week
Planes stuck on the ground
Govt Restrictions now imposed for a further 6 months!
IAG cant make a profit when the governments are saying STAY AT HOME!!
How many years before BA can turn a weekly profit instead of £200m loss?
How long will the money last?
How much are the hidden costs of depreciation and maintenance costs to come?
Game over here
And to think people heckled and laughed at my 150p within 2 months
And here we are falling from 115p with money bleeding and bleeding and bleeding
No customers
Never ending maintenance costs on grounded aircraft on most of the fleet
Confusion on rights
Ceo slating last Ceo
No end to Covid heavy restrictions
Unthinkable losses with a bottomless pit
More uncertainty than in history for aviation
Governments making insane decisions
GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE!
Depends if you are a trader or investor...time frame
If a company cant demonstrate a clear vision and plan for profitability, then doesnt matter how much cash it has, its all going to get burnt eventually, in BAs case...very quickly! With current market and economic conditions, BA/IAG will be shot against the wall in a few months. So, only massive risk takers will be trying to even pick a bottom here, knowing fine well the bottom could well be ZERO.
Trading wise, well thats your call
When the DOW crashes at 1,000pt+ a day
I wonder what will happen here?!
Stock markets are way too high, its beyond crazy
So when the real selling starts itll be complete mayhem
Govts cant keep stock markets up forever, especially when the world is crashing around them!
Vaccine?
Even flu vaccines are only 30-50% effective at best
Some studies suggest 9 -15%!
a) Vaccines take years to develop b) a hugely growing population against them c) itll be far far too late for scraps of vaccine news to pick up an airline industry
The damage is done, not only to airlines but to the wider economy.
IMHO the only hope a slight recovery was a bit part holiday season.
That clearly is not going to happen.
Parked planes, mounting costs, redundancies followed by more redundancies and restrictions strangling travel.
Not to mention the millions of people forced into bankruptcy and those that are petrified of venturing.
There simply wont be the money for the masses to travel either, million s of peoples focus now is "survival" through this year, have they a job or uncertainty of keeping one.
The economy is in the biggest mess in 100 years! Wake up!
