That's very interesting - I hadn't realised that the vesting rights on his shares required 5p share price but that's only about 20% of the options. Do we know what it is for the other 19 or so million?
A £60m market cap seems feasible...but maybe by Nov 2020 rather than on news from Spain. That's a 2000% rise lol.
Snap (nearly)! 43p average seemed cheap 6 months ago...
All well and good - but you don't need to release an RNS to get a message out. Do an interview and slip in "with the first revenues being paid last week", release some tweets of site pics with "CEO visit as work programme starting!" etc. - nothing new or material, but gives investors a bit of confidence that something, anything, is happening!
Showing some signs of the life draining out of it!
Investment case is obvious but no-one is buying in to it at the moment.
Think the MMs are playing games - upped the bid slightly yesterday then dump it out today...
I'm incredibly suspicious about that!
Regulatory approval in Italy won't make a massive change I don't think - it's a stepping stone but doesn't bring $$$ any closer.
The big move will be if / when something happens in Spain. There's only 7 or 8 weeks left on the original option (as I understand it) to buy the next tranche which is presumably only going to be exercised if the initial work programme shows positive results. Fingers crossed for a bump on results and then another on financing / purchase. Just an update on both could even see a small rise (assuming no delays etc.).
I don't think the SP has moved at all for over a week so it looks to me like it's back to bed until early Dec, unless there's a surprise from Romania or something else brewing.
€5m per annum to Po Valley is estimate for Selva (with 63%). Is Prospex 17% of the whole Selva project (and so should be estimating c.€1.5m / annum) or is it 17% of part of the project? It's not exactly clear from what I've read as it does seem to be split in to different projects under one umbrella.
On a slight negative - Po Valley now have Q4-18 /Q1-19 for regulatory approval which would suggest to me it's likely to be Q1-19 at earliest. Don't hold your breath for news in the next 6 weeks before Xmas...
JINX! :(
Can't see it being a long wait at all, there's a very clear deadline for substantial change: next tranche of Tesorillo is due December 2018. Either the work programme to that point is good, the funds are raised and the SP jumps; or, the SP dies on it's arse even further.
We'll know by Christmas which of those two it is!
Should the bid not come up with the ask in a massive rise though? I know it's a low cap share and there's not huge volume but I've seen plenty of 100% daily rises on small shares where the spread doesn't get so ridiculous.
I've never seen a near 40% spread before on any stock. There's something seriously wrong with that.
Top of the leaderboard...but still below where we were last Friday!! It really was a shocking week in the run up to today's excellent (in my view) RNS.
Needs to do more than hold this raise - needs to do another 50% over the next week just to get back to summer highs! 0.6p as the warrants suggests to me that's a realistic figure to settle at until something else comes in to production or Tesorillo gets trued up.
Care to share ADT1?
I must admit - I find it odd those shorts are still open. The bigger slice went short in Jan when the SP was 0.5-0.6. Now it's down at .25, I'd be closing those out and taking a big chunk of profit. The worry is that, by not closing, they're indicating they expect it to keep dropping.
I've only had a few punts on AIM but this has been by far the worst. Comically poor SP due to continual promises of value triggers with zero actual news.
Placing is almost inevitable to increase position in Spain, but to decimate the SP then place will kill the SP completely. Still have a modicum of hope for a turnaround but it's fading.
Have the dates been extended again? Were the dates ever actually extended?
Sounds positive - hopefully that good update comes pretty soon, otherwise there won't be much of a share to recover! I must admit, I'm pretty flummoxed by this one. I understand why no-one is buying just yet, but can't work out why those who are in already are selling out at this point.
Haha - I've only been following these boards for a year or so and it's amazing how obvious some of them are.
Talk of placing at .2 makes zero sense, if there's a placing there will be a move upwards initially to maximise income from the placing. It's a rigged system, but it's a predictable one.
He also ramps at suspiciously opportune times, then quickly turns back to negativity post spike. If the sentiment on these boards didn't have so little impact on the actual share price I might posit that he is trying to manipulate.
As it is, I think he just lost a lot and is now complaining.
An interesting time to bail. I believe we're at the bottom (have been here for a while) but I don't see it moving soon. I'm therefore in a similar mindset but I'm finding it very difficult to accept my losses!
I did admittedly take a loss about two weeks ago on a stock that has since rebounded 20% so recency bias may be at play here :(
