Tribe Technology set to deliver healthy pipeline of orders from Tier-One miners. Watch the video here.
In 2015 the Final Results were understandably late on 31st July, especially when you consider that the end of the COMS financial year is on 31st January. In the 2 previous years the Final results were on 7/6/2013 & 9/6/2014. Now that we have a competent FD, I would hope that the Final results would be released in the first week of June or perhaps even earlier. We know that Redstone's trading has been robust with high levels in the pipeline. Should one of the pipeline deals be significant then we may see a "Contract Win RNS". Of course, if one of those is on the way, the directors will not be permitted to buy any more shares.
I'm sure they are different people. 6SeriesM still posts on LSE and his posts tend to be statements. He also does his own research and never asks questions. Katie is quite the opposite.
In this day and age we should be able to have accurate information as to whether a trade is a buy or a sell. If you agree, please sign this petition and encourage others to do so. https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/112044
We need to sign and publicise this petition far and wide so that legislation is brought in requiring MM's to correctly declare whether a trade is a buy or sell. With modern technology it can hardly be a difficult thing to do. Today's quoted buys and sells on COMS was so inaccurate it was a joke. Hopefully the petition will help to sort this issue. https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/112044
Uncleal, Your comment is mathematically impossible, is your user name meant to be "Unclear"?
I think the trolls have choked on their breakfast :@)
His purchase of these 150,000 shares at least caused a temporary rise in the SP enabling some to sell at a higher price. However it's very unlikely that he will keep doing this if the southerly trend continues toward the placing price. 3 weeks ago when the SP was 9p I asked the following question: Does anyone know of any AIM Technology Shares where following the announcement of a placing the SP has remained at more than double the placing price in the weeks and months that followed? No answers were received therefore if PINN can avoid going any lower, it will certainly be a unique AIM share.
Is there anything in place to prevent the Institutions who participated in the 4.2p placing from selling their shares tomorrow and banking a tidy 90% profit???
Rochelle( The COMS SP was NOT 2p last week, it was last at 2p (Intra-day) on 6th January, over 5 weeks ago. Its recent close was 1.28p on January 26th & 27th and since then it has steadied even whilst the blue chip stocks have struggled. The vast majority of us who post here are shareholders and therefore have positive expectations. Therefore by asking us what to do with your investment who are not going to get independent unbiased financial advice. With only 3 posts to your name your name I assume that you are a new investor. The only advise I would give you is to do your own research, obtain Independent Financial Advice and never make your investment decisions based on what you read on these forums.
James, its a privilege to sponsor you as you take on this huge challenge, which is for such a good cause. Keep reminding us as the date gets closer.
KC1 You should be very careful before you suggest such malpractice by our CEO. Or you may just find yourself subject to a lawsuit. Posting on here is not a game and could easily bankrupt yourself.
"our" not out.
Hi Silver, I am also seething about that interfering busybody contacting DB and reporting out posts to him. However we know who the person is on at least 2 Social media sites. By the way, there was no response to my reply.
It is also worth considering that with Darkside being part of the old regime that MB's decision to sell it could be due to concerns about leakage of information. Hopefully this was not one of the reasons for the sale.
Coms referred to the sale of all the other parts of the business that were sold to Timico as the "Telecom Services Division", therefore I guess it is consistent to refer to Darkside as the "Media Division". We had previously discussed the fact that Darkside was likely to be sold due to the fact that it was not part of the core business. Also in view of the fact that it actually managed to make a loss last year selling it to Darkside's Management for a nominal fee rids COMS of the what MB clearly sees as a distraction in addition to being loss making. Under the heading of Disputes and Potential Litigation in the Final Results RNS on 31/7/15 there was a whole range of contentious issues listed between COMS and DB, therefore it is excellent news to know that these have been resolved. MB is clearly excited about the prospects afforded by the Core Business and now that the major distractions are out of the way this enables the Company to concentrate on building and developing Redstone. All in all, it is a very encouraging update.
Not even the most optimistic shareholder would consider your suggested SP Weasel, unless there is a 10 for 1 consolidation. However, 3p EOY - 100% up on the current SP is realistic.
Does anyone know of any AIM Technology Shares where following the announcement of a placing the SP has remained at more than double the placing price in the weeks and months that followed? Should it remain around at more than double the placing price, would not some of the institutions who have taken part sell and realise their 100%+ profit?
A similar confirmation was given by British Bulls who had recommended selling at 1.873p and buying back in at 1.304p. https://www.britishbulls.com/SignalPage.aspx?lang=en&Ticker=COMS.L
Well done to those who took profits over 15p on the spike , however an exit now at around 9p is still likely to be preferential to what might be achieved in a week or twos time. All the best, whatever you decide.
Investacat Thanks, I guessed that may be the case. Why anyone in their right mind would want TW involved is beyond belief.
