LONDON (Alliance News) - VietNam Holding Ltd on Friday said it purchased 144,190 shares at an average price of 182 pence each, worth GBP262,426, for cancellation.
The company said to-date it has repurchased and cancelled 1.3 million and has 53.2 million shares in issue overall.
VietNam's shares closed at 182.00p each on Friday.
Vietnam had cancelled its AIM market listing on January 29 as shares were expected to begin trading on the London Main Market on the same day. However, the move was then delayed to "before the end of February", and latter to March 8.
