LONDON (Alliance News) - UniVision Engineering Ltd on Friday said it appointed Chan Chiu Wah as executive director with immediate effect.
Chan Chiu Wah joined the security systems company in 1996 and was promoted to a number of senior positions in the maintenance and project departments, prior to being appointed to director of operations in 2008. He is responsible for the management of UniVision?s Project & Maintenance division.
"I am delighted to welcome Mike to the board of UniVision," said Chairman Stephen Koo. "He has been with the group for over 20 years and a key member of our senior management team since 2008."
Shares in UniVision Engineering were trading 4.0% higher on Friday at 1.82 pence each.
