Secure Trust Bank PLC - retail and commercial lender - Hires Rachel Lawrence as chief financial officer and executive director, starting September 7. Lawrence has been CFO of AIB Group (UK) PLC, part of AIB Group PLC, since 2016. Previously, she worked in senior finance roles at Metro Bank PLC, Shawbrook and Pearl Assurance.

Renold PLC - industrial chains and power transmission products - Hires Jim Haughey as finance director. Haughey currently is in the same role at Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare Ltd. He replaces Ian Scapens, who is expected to leave the company after presenting financial 2020 results. Haughey's start date is still to be determined.

Inspecs Group PLC - eyewear frames - Hires Angela Farrugia as non-executive director from Tuesday. Farrugia co-founded The Licencing Co Ltd in 1996. After TLC was acquired by Global Brands Group Holding Ltd in 2014, Farrugia became group managing director.

Flowtech Fluidpower PLC - technical fluid power components - Bill Wilson, a non-executive director and executive chair designate, will step down as director from the June 10 annual general meeting. Malcolm Diamond, the current non-executive chair, will hand over that role to Roger McDowell on August 1 and then retire from the board. McDowell initially will join the board as an independent director from the AGM. Flowtech Fluidpower said it is in the process of recruiting an additional non-executive director as well.

Newmark Security PLC - electronic and physical security systems - Hires Terence Yap as an independent non-executive director. Yap, a Hong Kong resident and Singapore citizen, is chair of Guardforce AI Co Ltd. Previously he was CEO of Guardforce Group, a security provider in Hong Kong, Thailand and Australia.
