LONDON (Alliance News) - Concrete and clay bricks manufacturer Ibstock PLC said Wednesday that senior executives from Tullow Oil PLC and Tyman PLC will join its board as non-executive directors.
Tyman Chief Executive Officer Louis Eperjesi will join the Ibstock board from June 1, while Claire Hawkings, a Tullow executive vice president for organisation strategy and company performance, will join from September 1.
Both new board members will upon appointment join the remuneration committee, audit committee and nomination committees of the Ibstock board.
"We are delighted to welcome Louis and Claire to the board. They bring with them a huge wealth of diverse experience that will be of great benefit to Ibstock," Chairman Jonathan Nicholls said.
Ibstock shares were trading at 301.20 pence, up 0.4%, early Thursday.
