LONDON (Alliance News) - Tritax EuroBox PLC on Friday said it has applied to have its share transferred to the premium listing segment of the London Stock Exchange's Main Market from the specialist fund segment.
All 300.0 million of Tritax EuroBox's shares will also be admitted to the premium listing segment Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority, with admission of all shares due to become effective on Tuesday next week.
Tritax EuroBox, which owns a portfolio of logistics real estate assets in Europe, said the premium listing transfer will make the company eligible for inclusion in the FTSE UK and FTSE EPRA NAREIT index series.
The company expects to be included in the FTSE UK index series in June and the FTSE EPRA NAREIT index series in the first quarter of 2020.
Shares in Tritax Eurobox were up 0.8% at 95.00 pence on Friday morning.
