TRIG buys stake in Swedish windfarms

(Sharecast News) - The Renewables Infrastructure Group said it was buying a 50% stake in two Swedish onshore wind farms for an undisclosed sum.
TRIG said the two pre-construction wind farms, Ranasjö and Salsjö, have a total capacity of 242MW. InfraRed European Infrastructure Fund 4, which will hold the remaining 50% interest.

The acquisition is subject to conditions and the transaction is set to be completed by July 2021.
