Renewables Infrastructure Declares 1.625 Pence Fourth Quarter Dividend

LONDON (Alliance News) - Renewables Infrastructure Group Ltd on Thursday declared a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 1.625 pence per share.

The dividend covers the three months to December 31 and will be paid March 29 to shareholders on the register as close of business February 15. The 1.625p figure is equal to its dividend for the previous three quarters.

A scrip dividend alternative to the fourth quarter dividend is available and the reference price of scrip shares will be calculated and published on or around February 21.

Shares in Renewables Infrastructure were down 0.6% at 120.30p on Thursday.
