LONDON (Alliance News) - Photo-Me International PLC said Wednesday that Chief Operating Officer Eric Mergui will join the company's board as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Mergui joined the company in 1995 and became chief operating officer in 2015. He will retain his role alongside the new non-executive position.
Shares in the photo-booth operator were trading 1.9% lower at 160.80 pence.
