Octopus AIM VCT NAV Rises

LONDON (Alliance News) - Octopus AIM VCT PLC Friday said that its net asset value rose to 116.5 pence per share as of January 13, up from 104.4 pence as at August 31 2013.

The group said that since August 31, it added four new investments totalling GBP1.74 million, with the bulk of the investments made towards the end of 2013.

It said that all four are existing AIM companies seeking further funds to grow their businesses.

It said that net assets stood at GBP63.8 million as at January 11, up from GBP53.6 million at the end of August 2013.

Shares in Octopus AIM VCT were down 1.3% FRiday afternoon, trading at 108.03 pence per share.
