(Alliance News) - Northern Venture Trust PLC on Thursday said it is planning to raise up to GBP40 million via a subscription, in conjunction with Northern 2 VCT PLC and Northern 3 VCT PLC.
Full details of the linked offers will follow "in due course" with a prospectus set to be published in January and the subscription to take place "in the 2019/2020 tax year".
Shares in Northern Venture Trust were up 1.4% at 65.40 pence in London on Thursday. Shares in Northern 2 were untraded at 59.00p and Northern 3 shares were likewise untraded at 86.50p.
