WH Ireland Group PLC - London-based broker and wealth manager - Michael Bishop, head of Wealth Management, buys 216,500 shares at 46 pence, worth GBP99,590, on Friday last week. The purchase, a 0.4% stake, is his only holding.

Current stock price: 44.00 pence, down 4.4% Tuesday and over past 12 months
