Uniper SE - Dusseldorf, Germany-based energy company - Inks a framework agreement with Sunnic Lighthouse GmbH, a subsidiary of solar power company Enerparc AG, for the purchase of electricity from solar power plants. The power purchase agreement will allow Uniper to buy 208 gigawatt hours annually from 53 solar parks in Germany. Deliveries to Uniper will start in July and run to the end of 2027.
