Cooklin had sold 750,000 shares at the same price on Monday, meaning he has sold 1.0 million shares worth GBP1.8 million this week, reducing his holding in Manolete to 15.7% from 18.0%. He currently holds 6.8 million shares. Company says Tuesday's disposal completes a sell order of 1.0 million shares, and Cooklin has no intention to sell further shares for at least three months.
