ASA International Group PLC - microfinance provider - Collection efficiency in July remained in the mid-to-high 90s in eight operating countries, which represents more than 70% of the pretax profitability of all country operations in 2019. Disbursements as percentage of collections gradually increasing, but continues to be lower than collections in many operating countries. Client numbers down 10% at 2.3 million, while outstanding loan portfolio reduced by 13% to USD408.5 million year-to-date on July 31. Cash and cash equivalents stable at USD110 million at July-end.
