LONDON (Alliance News) - Shares in Exillon Energy PLC and Avocet Mining PLC were suspended on Wednesday as both failed to publish annual results on time.
Exillon, which focuses on oil in Russia, last week said it would delay the results to look further into some historical transactions.
Exillon is continuing this work, it said, with a further announcement to be made no later than June 30.
Avocet has likewise missed Tuesday's deadline for 2018 results, being four months since the end of the year.
The company in September transferred a further 30% of its stake in the Tri-K gold project in Guinea to Managold. As discussions over the work programme costs at the project are ongoing, it cannot publish results yet.
Avocet did not specify when it hopes to publish them.
