LONDON (Alliance News) - Data analytics firm Ebiquity PLC said Tuesday it appointed Kevin McNair as its new interim finance head with immediate effect.
McNair will replace current Chief Financial Officer Andrew Noble. Last Tuesday, Noble - in post since September 2016 - announced he had resigned with immediate effect but would remain at the firm until late December to ensure a smooth handover.
Previously, McNair has served in a number of finance director, chief financial officer and chief operating officer roles for "various publicly quoted and privately owned businesses, many of which were in the professional services sector."
The firm added it would look to appoint McNair an executive director at Ebiquity "as soon as practicable and subject to customary approvals."
Shares in Ebiquity were 1.0% higher at 51.00 pence on Tuesday.
