DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Volex CEO Awarded Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Volex PLC Monday said its Chief Executive Officer, Christoph Eisenhardt, has been awarded a deferred share award of 630,000 shares in the company's share trust.

The fibre optic technology company said Eisenhardt was awarded the shares on September 20 and takes his shareholding to a total of 630,000 shares in the company.

Volex shares were up 1.39% to 127.75 at end of trading Monday.
