DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Vodafone General Counsel Acquires Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Vodafone Group PLC Wednesday said General Counsel and Company Secretary Rosemary Martin bought 10,275 shares at a price of 247.45 pence per share.

As a result of the above, Martin now has an interest in 455,688 shares.

Shares in the mobile phone network were down 0.4% at 245.92 pence Wednesday.
