LONDON (Alliance News) - Ibstock PLC said two non-executive directors bought shares in the brick maker on Thursday.
Tracey Graham purchased 10,000 shares at a price of 246.74 pence each, worth GBP24,674, while Louis Eperjesi acquired 20,000 shares at 246.51p per share, totalling GBP49,302.
Shares in Ibstock were trading 0.7% higher on Thursday at 241.60p each.
Following these transactions, Graham holds a 0.003% interest and Eperjesi has a 0.005% holding in the company.
