DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Shanta Gold Non-Executive Sells Entire Shareholding

LONDON (Alliance News) - Shanta Gold Limited Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Luke Leslie sold 3.3 million shares at a price of 10.635 pence per share Tuesday.

Following this transaction, Leslie now just holds 400,881 senior unsecured subordinated convertible loan notes.

In a statement the East African focused gold producing company said the Leslie family continues to remain long-term investors in Shanta Gold.

The stock was down 0.8% at 11.16p Wednesday morning.
