LONDON (Alliance News) - Serica Energy PLC said Wednesday two of its Executives bought shares under the companies Share Incentive Plan at a price of 11 pence per share on Tuesday.
The oil and gas exploration company said its Finance Director Christopher Hearne bought 4,092 shares bringing his total holding to 1.1 million shares and its Chief Operating Officer Mitchell Flegg bought 4,092 shares bringing his total holding to 354,789 shares in the company.
Serica shares were down 1.55 to 10.34 pence Wednesday.
