LONDON (Alliance News) - Serica Energy PLC Friday said Finance Director Christopher Hearne and Chief Operating Officer Mitchell Flegg acquired 4,089 shares each at an average price of 11 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Hearne holds 1.2 million shares, while Flegg holds 358,878 shares.
Serica shares closed down 2.8% at 10.44 pence Friday.
