(Alliance News) - Schroder Asian Total Return Investment Co PLC said on Monday that Director Andrew Cainey bought shares in the investment company on Thursday last week.
Cainey last week bought 5,300 shares in Schroder Asian Total Return at an average price of 379.10 pence each. The transaction had a total value of GBP20,092. His stake in the company following the purchase, if any, was not disclosed.
On Monday, shares in Schroders Asian Total Return were up 0.1% at 378.95 pence in London.
