DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Sabre Chief Actuary Sells GBP2.5 Million In Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Sabre Insurance Group PLC said Tuesday that Chief Actuary James Ockenden sold shares worth GBP2.5 million in the motor insurance company.

Ockenden sold 982,686 shares at 259.0 pence each on Monday.

Following the transaction, Ockenden holds 982,686 shares in Sabre, representing a 0.39% stake.

Sabre shares were trading down 0.4% at 259.0p.
