LONDON (Alliance News) - Pittards PLC said Non-Executive Director Stephen Yapp bought 15,231 shares at a price of 124 pence per share Wednesday.
Following the purchase, Yapp's holding increased to 35,231 shares.
Shares in the leather products firm were up 3.7% at 97.00p Wednesday.
