DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Photo-Me International CEO Raises Stake Above 25%

Photo-Me International PLC - Epsom, Surrey-based operator of instant-service equipment, such as photobooths and self-service laundry - Chief Executive Officer & Deputy Chair Serge Crasnianski buys 3.6 million shares via Tibergest Pte Ltd at 53 pence, worth GBP1.9 million, on Wednesday. Crasnianski now has 97.1 million shares in total, a 25.7% stake. He has bought more than 11 million shares so far in 2020.

Current stock price: 54.50p

Year-to-date change: down 44%
