DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Photo-Me And Prime People Board Member Buys Shares

(Alliance News) - Photo-Me International PLC and Prime People PLC noted on Monday that Crescent Trust, a charity closely associated with a board member of both companies bought shares in the two firms.

Crescent Trust is administered by John Lewis, the chair of photo booth operator Photo-Me and a non-executive director of recruiter Prime People.

On Friday, Crescent purchased 25,000 Photo-Me shares for 101.00 pence each and 20,000 shares in Prime People for 89.34p each.

Prior to the transaction, Crescent Trust had no interest in Photo-Me shares.

Lewis now holds 1.1 million Prime People shares, representing 9.0% of the company.

Photo-Me shares closed 0.1% lower at 99.40p each and Prime People shares closed 2.6% higher at 89.75p apiece.
