LONDON (Alliance News) - NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund Ltd said Friday a Non-Executive Director and the wife of another both bought shares in the company.
David Staples acquired 25,000 shares at 94.00 pence each for a total of GBP23,500. Meanwhile, Rupert Dorey's wife purchased 100,000 shares at USD0.96 each, worth USD96,000.
NB Global shares were trading down 0.1% at 94.10 pence.
