DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Mosman Oil & Gas Directors Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Mosman Oil and Gas Ltd said Chairman John Barr bought 250,000 shares at a price of 5.31 pence per share Thursday.

Following this transaction, Barr holds 10.4 million shares, which represents 11.27% of the total voting rights.

The oil and gas company also said Technical Director Andrew Carroll bought 200,000 shares at 5.025p each on Wednesday. He now has a total shareholding of 11.1 million shares or 12.04% of shares in issue.

Mosman's shares were up 12.0% at 5.60p Thursday.
