LONDON (Alliance News) - Kingspan Group PLC Thursday said Peter Wilson, a divisional director, exercised options over 1,198 shares at a price of an exercise price of EUR5.65 per share and now holds 236,096 shares.
Shares were up 1.3% at EUR12.31 Thursday.
