DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Kingfisher Chair, Senior Independent Director Buy

(Alliance News) - The chair and senior independent director of Kingfisher PLC bought shares on Monday, the home improvement retailer said Tuesday.

Chair Andrew Cosslett purchased 73,643 Kingfisher shares at 203.68 pence each, worth just under GBP150,000. He now holds 290,866 shares.

Senior Independent Director Mark Seligman is interested in 25,000 shares after a company owned by he and his spouse bought 10,000 shares on Monday at 201.77p, worth about GBP20,000.

Kingfisher shares were up 1.8% on Tuesday in London at 209.00p.
