LONDON (Alliance News) - KEFI Minerals PLC said Chairman Harry Anagnostaras-Adams bought 23 million shares at a price of 1 pence per share Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Anagnostaras-Adams holds 57 million shares, which represents 4.61% of the company's issued share capital.
The mining stock was trading up 9.3% at 1.12p Wednesday.
